Jeg elsker sm\u00e5kaker til jul. Og i \u00e5r tror jeg jaggu jeg skal pr\u00f8ve meg p\u00e5 sjakkruter ogs\u00e5. Jeg f\u00e5r ikke til serina kaker dessverre, s\u00e5 de blir kj\u00f8pt. De er d\u00f8nn umulig \u00e5 f\u00e5 til.<\/p>\n

Men i dag tenker jeg \u00e5 dele oppskriften min p\u00e5 Sarah Bernhard, det blir faktisk ikke jul uten de kakene. Det er min ultimate favoritt julekake. Jeg har gjort det litt lettere for meg selv i \u00e5r og kj\u00f8pt ferdig kransekake bunn. Det blir ikke helt det samme, men jeg orker ikke male mandler i \u00e5r fordi jeg sliter s\u00e5nn med rygg og armer.<\/p>\n

Bunner:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

100 gram mandler (skoldet og malt)<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 dl sukker<\/p>\n

1-2 eggehvitter<\/p>\n

Slik gj\u00f8r du:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Sett stekeovnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Sk\u00e5ld og mal mandlene og bland dem med sukkeret.<\/p>\n

Visp eggehvitene til et hardt skum, og vend det i mandelblandingen<\/p>\n

Lag ca 30 sm\u00e5 runde bunner av mandelr\u00f8ren p\u00e5 en stekeplate med bakepapir<\/p>\n

Stek bunnene midt i ovnen i ca 10 min (til de er lyse gyldene). La dem avkj\u00f8les p\u00e5 rist.<\/p>\n

Sm\u00f8rkrem:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

100 gram romtemperert sm\u00f8r<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 dl melis<\/p>\n

1 eggeplomme<\/p>\n

2 ts vaniljesukker<\/p>\n

2-3 ts kakao<\/p>\n

250 gram smeltet kokesjokolade til dypping\u00a0<\/strong>(jeg pleier i sm\u00f8re p\u00e5 smeltet sjokolade)<\/p>\n

Slik gj\u00f8r du:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Lag kremen: R\u00f8r sammen sm\u00f8r, melis, eggeplomme, vaniljesukker og kakao til en glatt krem.<\/p>\n

Snu bunnene, og bre over sjokoladesm\u00f8rkremen. Overflaten skal ikke v\u00e6re helt glatt. Sett kakene i fryseren et par timer.<\/p>\n

Smelt s\u00e5 sjokoladen i vannbad eller mikrob\u00f8lgeovnen. Dypp kakene raskt ned i sjokoladen slik at kremen dekkes helt. La kakene st\u00e5 kaldt til de skal serveres. (veldig fine \u00e5 fryse, bruker 5 min p\u00e5 \u00e5 tine).<\/p>\n
